How Do You Submit A Warranty Claim?

If you’re experiencing an issue with any ACE ESSENTIAL, we’re here to help. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth warranty process.

Our team will assist in diagnosing the problem and answer any questions. If we cannot resolve the issue and your product qualifies under the warranty, we will immediately issue a new unit to replace whiles we look into resolving the issue on the defective product.

Important Notes:

  • Sending your product to us does not guarantee replacement or confirm that the product has a defect.
  • DO NOT send in your product without an RMA. Unauthorised returns may be rejected or cause delays in processing your warranty claim.

What You Need For A Warranty Claim:

When contacting support, please have the following details ready:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or invoice showing the purchase.
  2. Contact information: Your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and if applicable company details.
  3. Problem Description: Include a detailed explanation of the issue and attach any photos or videos that demonstrate the problem.
